All sales are final unless the item is lost in the mail system or arrives damaged in transit. Should your painting arrive damaged, please keep all packaging material that it arrived in and contact me as soon as possible (within 3-5 days) to begin the process at support@amyvanhoy.com

If your order gets lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for orders once proof of shipment is generated. If your order is marked as ‘delivered,’ you have verified the delivery address as correct, and you believe it to be stolen, you must contact the shipping service directly.
