This painting went through many iterations before landing on the finished product. It makes me think of how who we are is always changing and shifting. We are essentially a result of our history and past. God wastes nothing! “Unfolding” reminds us to appreciate all parts of our story – the beautiful and then ones we rather cover up and conceal. They all serve a meaningful purpose.
